Hellooooooo there. I am a 21-yr-old artist/guitarist who likes portraits/figures artwork especially. When I'm not doing some sort of art or playing my guitar, I am probably reading or watching classic movies. I mostly like drawing portraits. Portraits of people I admire, of course.

Watercolours and charcoal are my two favourite mediums although I try to make artworks with every medium I can get my hands on. I tend to not draw too many finished artwork with graphite anymore, haha. My least favourite medium to work with is probably digital. I don't dislike digital artwork, I just don't like using it personally!

I like to talk to people, and if you have a question or need advice about your art/particular deviation that you think I could possibly help, just ask! I like to make friends and be helpful if I can. 8D

Hey, I am trying to do a watercolor painting of Ville...don't laugh..omg...how in the %$&*@# do you do it...I am just 'winging' it, as they say...it's fun, but it takes so long! I guess one must have patience for this medium? sighhhhh

Oh yep, watercolour can take a long time if you're going for a certain look. Some people just paint sometimes in a wet-on-wet look and make fantastic paintings in a short amount of time and I have no idea how they do that...I can't. :XD:

I've been working on this painting for over a week. It's taken me this long, too, to figure out that you can't do a watercolor painting like you do a charcoal drawing. Usually I work top to bottom, left to right...but with watercolor you have to do a little thing here and a little thing there and if the two little things you do touch each other, then the paint bleeds! Yes, it's taken a week for that to sink into my head! arrrrggghh

But I am sort of liking the way it is turning out...if I don't screw it up, which I can still easily do... :)

I'm 21! lol says up at the top of the page. I love classic films, especially from the 1930s, 50s, and 1960s. But a good film is a good film, haha, Jezebel is awesome.

LOL Why would I lie? Do you think I'm actually like some 65-yr-old in a nursing home? :XD: Yeah well I don't know too many people my own age who like classic movies, usually the people I talk to online at least are in their 30s and stuff. But then again, you like HIM, and you said you had a son my age...I don't really know anybody as old as you are who likes bands like HIM. :XD: Usually it's just like people my age or a little older/younger.
